Sharing power

Creating change

Speaking up for the unheard, overlooked and ignored

I'm Isaac from East London. I'm a lived experience leader, speaker and co-production consultant. And I genuinely believe that real change happens when people feel seen, heard, valued and able to shape the world around them.

For the past twenty years, I've been working with organisations, communities and individuals on social justice, anti-racism, and co-production. But the real work isn't about me or my credentials — it's about building relationships where people feel safe enough to be honest, brave enough to challenge, and supported enough to contribute.

I know what it's like to be overlooked, undervalued and silenced. And I know what it feels like when someone actually listens. That's why I do this work. Because when people are genuinely included in the decisions that affect their lives, everything changes.

How we can work together

Everything starts with a conversation.

Here at Isaac Society, we'll explore what you're hoping to achieve, who needs to be involved and what success looks like.

From there, we'll create something that works for your organisation, your community and your people.

No off-the-shelf answers.

No jargon-filled reports gathering dust on shelves.

Just meaningful conversations, practical action and a commitment to creating change together.
